Registration of a batch of spare parts containing more than 700 items

Task:

Prepare a detailed description of the goods, classify them correctly, check trademarks for compliance with intellectual property rights, determine what permits are required to file a goods declaration, obtain them, and complete customs clearance.

Solution:

ATL CHINA GROUP managers inspected all items arriving in two 40HC containers, verified descriptions and images, determined the materials used and intended use of the products, prepared technical translations of invoices and packing lists, obtained permits, and cleared the shipment through customs.

Result:

A correctly completed customs declaration and well-prepared accompanying documents allowed us to save on warehouse storage, complete clearance without additional requests and expenses, and avoid fines for illegal use of trademarks and lack of permits.
